Breakfast: 1 Quart Green Smoothie

Snack: Fruit from the Farmer’s Market

Lunch: Grandma’s Potato Ribble- I have no interest whatsoever in saying no to this.

Snack: Carrots with black pepper cashew cheese

Dinner: Salad… or more soup ;-)

I think, for me, one of the most important ways to stick on a raw food diet is to eat at set times during the day and to eat more of it. I don’t want to restrict myself in terms of how much I’m eating, just when I’m eating. I dunno. We’ll see…

I also had a little peppermint ice cream.  Didn’t feel too great after that.  Grrr….
