Any Phyo is a GENIUS! I made Prailine Mylk from her book tonight. It will be gone before I go to bed tonight. Here’s the recipe:
1/2 c pecans
1/2 dates
1/2 vanilla bean
pinch of salt
1 T. coconut oil
3 c water (she says 5, but I like a creamier mylk)
